With great sadness I hereby announce that MCL member James Wade has passed away, after suffering from a stroke a few days ago.  He was near the end of his PhD in Composition studies.  You will remember James as a sensitive, shy, young person who was passionate about music and composition, and would have heard him MC one of the MCL Bayside City Council concerts at Trinity Uniting Church in Brighton.  He was additionally a presenter on ABC Classic FM nationally and 3MBS in Melbourne.

Much loved son of Geraldine and brother of Michael, James was a loyal friend to many. Gone too soon, James will be missed always and his music will live forever.
