This is an invitation to join the 2018 Banaue International Music Composition Competition, in the Philippines.
TOFARM through the Banaue Rice Terraces Restoration Project is calling for submission of ORCHESTRA MUSIC
inspired by BANAUE – its people, traditions, landscapes, unique rituals and dances.
The competition is open to all composers. There are no age and nationality restrictions.
Prizes are US$ 12,000 (Grand Prize) and two US$ 6,000 (Consolation Prizes); plus travel subsidies and grants;
and the opportunity to be part of the Banaue Music Composition Immersion Program as Composer-Fellows.
Deadline of submission is April 15, 2018.
