Melbourne Composers’ League Mini Festival

Concert featuring chamber and electroacoustic music showcasing the diversity of art music by Australian composers.
The event includes a special tribute and presentation to long standing Australian Composer Dindy Vaughan.
The long-held tradition of the Melbourne Composers’ League Elbow Room concerts continues at St Stephen’s Anglican Church, 360 Church St, Richmond on Saturday 20 April at 2pm. The Elbow Room concerts are a much-loved part of the Melbourne music scene. The concerts are not formally curated and are open to all styles of music, providing a valuable opportunity for composers to present their newest works, experiment and test out ideas or re-visit older works in a friendly and conducive atmosphere. The broad and interesting array of new musical compositions are of a diverse mix and offer something for everyone to enjoy or be surprised and challenged by.
