International Animated Film Music Competition

The Bridges Cycle inaugurated last year the competition  with over 150 participants giving space for expression and promotion to the creative connection between music and screen. The multi awarded film animation EL EMPLEO by the Argentinian director Santiaga Bou Grasso has been chosen for this year as the one which every composer will approach with his own view.

The members of the jury are: composer Samuel Pegg (England), director Anton Octavian (Romania), singer and composer Dimitra Galani (Greece), LawyerVasilis Karamitsanis (Greece), President of the AnimaSyros International Animation Festival and composer Dimitris Maragopulos, head of the Bridges Cycle- Megaron The Athens Concert Hall (Greece). The panel will preselect a limited number of around 10 composers. The films will be screened in front of an audience on the 16th of April  2018 when the final winners will be announced.
